Master Bedroom Decor

I've linked everything we used in this room below - Including the tools for the slat wall if you want to recreate it.

Rug

I tried several rugs before landing on this one — the color, pattern, and overall feel are exactly what I was looking for. I chose the 7’6” x 9’6” in Medallion Beige/Ivory. It layers beautifully over carpet or hard floors, and I love that it’s washable for easy maintenance.

Lamps

These are the lamps we use in our room and I love the texture and warmth they add. I purchased mine secondhand and the previous owner had swapped the shades, so the ones linked aren't the same — but the base is the same.

Bed Frame

We’ve had this bed for a few years now and still love it. The height of the headboard, the khaki color, and the upholstered finish give it a soft, high-end look.

Linen Fringe Pillow Covers

have these in the 22” x 22” natural beige. The texture and subtle fringe add just the right amount of detail without overwhelming the space. I’ve linked the inserts I used below.

Throw Pillow Inserts

I have these 24” x 24” inserts in the about 22” covers to get that full, high-end look. Slightly sizing up makes all the difference.

Throw Pillow Covers

I have these in the color “Jam” in the 24” x 16” size. They add a rich tone and contrast to the lighter neutrals in the room. I’ve linked suggested inserts below.

Oblong Pillow Inserts

These down inserts pair with the above lumbar/oblong covers. They help give that full, designer-style look.

Bedding

I love using white bedding as a base — it instantly makes a room feel clean, and when layered, gives a high-end. This set is soft, comfortable, and easy to style with different textures and tones.

Throw Blanket

This is the knit throw at the foot of the bed. It's nice quality. It says lightweight, but I wouldn't consider it lightweight. I ordered the 60' x 80" size in the color cream. Note that the color runs a bit on the buttery side as opposed to a true cream color.

Battery Candle

This is a 3-wick battery-operated candle that adds a soft, warm glow without the mess of real candles. It’s an easy way to make a space feel cozy.

Plug In Battery Adapter

I love using these so I don’t have to constantly swap batteries. It’s a simple upgrade that makes battery-operated items much more convenient.

Dresser Pulls

These champagne bronze pulls were an easy update that made a big impact. They covered the existing holes perfectly and instantly gave the dressers a more updated, high-end look.

Cordless Roman Shades

We have these in room-darkening white. They filter light nicely while still keeping the room bright. They don’t fully black out the room, but they function well and have a clean, tailored look.

Slat Wall

These are the tools/materials used to create the slat wall. We already had these tools on hand, so we were able to save quite a bit by making our own slats. If you're renovating or you're a DIYer, these tools are wonderful to have, otherwise it may make more sense to just purchase pre cut wood/slats.

Slat Wall Color

We used a flat/matte finish for this wall to keep the look soft and modern. The color adds depth without feeling too bold, and works really well with the overall neutral palette.

Cordless Pin Nailer

One of my most-used tools — this made attaching the slats quick and easy.

Track saw

A go-to tool for precise cuts — great for trim, framing, and projects like this slat wall.

Sliding Miter Saw

It's expensive, you get what you pay for with this. It's easy to use with duel lasers to outline exactly where the blade will cut, and it includes a hold down clamp (which I pretty much always use), and it offers dust extraction when attached to a shop vac.

Vacuum

Not essential, but really helpful for keeping dust down and making cleanup much easier during projects.
